Habakkuk 3 is not the voice of a man who has stopped shaking. It is the prayer of a prophet who has heard the coming judgment and learned to bring his fear into worship. Finally, in Habakkuk 3:16-19, the body still trembles, the circumstances are still collapsing, and yet rejoicing rises in the God of salvation.
