theBible provides Bible reading, search, study tools, memorization, notes, community posting, creator discovery, AI-assisted features, and related experiences across web and mobile surfaces.

3. Accounts And Eligibility

  • You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide when creating or maintaining an account.
  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and access to your devices.
  • You may not impersonate another person, misrepresent your identity, or access the service through unauthorized methods.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • abuse, harass, threaten, or defame other users or creators
  • upload unlawful, infringing, hateful, exploitative, or misleading content
  • attempt to scrape, overload, reverse engineer, or disrupt the service beyond permitted use
  • circumvent moderation, security controls, rate limits, or access restrictions
  • use the platform to distribute spam, scams, malware, or deceptive engagement tactics

5. User Content

You retain rights you hold in the content you submit, but you grant theBible a non-exclusive license to host, store, display, reproduce, adapt, and distribute that content as reasonably necessary to operate, improve, and promote the service. This includes rendering posts in feeds, generating previews, and supporting moderation, search, recommendation, and archive functions.

6. Copyright, External Platforms, And Public Creator Content

You may not post or import content you do not have the right to use. If theBible displays imported or attributed content from public creators or external platforms, we may preserve source metadata, original URLs, creator identity, and related provenance data.

Public availability on a third-party platform does not automatically transfer ownership to theBible or to users. If external content appears on theBible, it may still be protected by copyright, platform terms, publicity rights, or other legal restrictions. This applies to content originating from platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, X, TikTok, YouTube, and similar services.
