The church exists to be a refuge—a place where we can be honest about our struggles without fear of judgment. Mental health matters deeply, and our faith communities should be spaces where people feel safe naming their pain, asking for help, and finding compassion. When we create that kind of openness, we reflect Jesus's love and help others find their way toward healing.
