1 O cântare a treptelor. Cei ce se încred în DOMNUL sunt ca muntele Sion, care nu se clatină, ci dăinuiește pentru totdeauna. 2 Ca munții împrejurul Ierusalimului, astfel este DOMNUL împrejurul poporului său de acum înainte și pentru totdeauna. 3 Căci toiagul celui stricat nu se va odihni în partea celor drepți, ca nu cumva cei drepți să își întindă mâinile spre nelegiuire. 4 Fă bine, DOAMNE, celor buni și celor integri în inimile lor. 5 Cât despre cei ce se abat spre căile lor strâmbe, DOMNUL îi va conduce cu lucrătorii nelegiuirii, dar peste Israel va fi pace.
