1 আসফের গান। তথাকথিত ঈশ্বর ঈশ্বরের মণ্ডলীতে দাঁড়ান, তিনি ঈশ্বরের মধ্যে বিচার করেন। 2 তোমরা আর কতদিন অন্যায় বিচার করবে ও দুষ্টদের মুখাপেক্ষা করবে? 3 দরিদ্র ও পিতৃহীনদের বিচার কর; দুঃখী ও নিঃস্ব লোকদের প্রতি ন্যায় ব্যবহার কর। 4 দরিদ্র ও অভাবগ্রস্তদের রক্ষা কর; দুষ্টদের হাত থেকে তাদের উদ্ধার কর। 5 ওরা জানে না, বোঝে না ওরা অন্ধকারে যাতায়াত করে; পৃথিবীর সমস্ত ভিত্তিমূল কম্পিত হচ্ছে; 6 আমি বলেছি, তোমরা সর্বশক্তিমান ঈশ্বর, তোমরা সকলে মহান ঈশ্বরের সন্তান; 7 কিন্তু তোমরা মানুষের মত মরবে, একজন শাসনকর্ত্তার মতই মারা যাবে। 8 হে ঈশ্বর, ওঠ, পৃথিবীর বিচার কর; কারণ তুমিই সমস্ত জাতিকে অধিকার করবে।
